Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All Sales are Final: All purchases through INNERSTATE (including ROAR and The Pink Party brands) are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for "change of mind" or accidental orders.

Pre-order vs. In-Stock:

• Pre-order Items: These are custom-produced based on order volume. Once an order is placed, funds are immediately committed to production; therefore, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• In-Stock Items: These items are processed immediately upon order. Due to our rapid fulfillment process, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please contact merchsupport@innerstateprod.com within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days after the Sept 7th event for pickup orders). Please include your order number and photos of the damage. Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item.
